Introdcution

Coaster Pager System is mainly used in fast food restaurant, self-service restaurant, clinic, hospital, office and so on, where there are a lot of customers waiting for their service. The system consists of a Transmitter (K-999) for the caller and a Receiver (K-13) for the one who will be called. When the caller are ready to offer service, he or she just press the number on the keypad to send an ID to the pager. And the people holding the pager will know the information that the dishes or services are ready to be offered and take it at earlier time.

2. How to register the keypad to the display?

We will send you the instructions to guide you how to register the buttons to the receiver (display, watch). If needed, please tell us in advance, we can help you manage it.

2. How does the system work?

Customer give order to counter; Counter take order and give customer a Q number. Customer wait somewhere for order. When Order ready. For example No.99’s order is ready. Counter can press 099 + “ENT” key from K-999 keypad transmitter. Then screen receiver will display the number 099 on the screen of pager with sound and vibration. Customer will see the display number and go to collect food.
